I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish. The front desk ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Her assistant was kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the visit. The doctor herself is amazing! Very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, personable and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like my concerns truly mattered, not to mention my wait time was literally less than a minute before the doctor came in! It’s hard to find a medical office where every single person is so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

Great experience as always. The doctor and staff are top notch and spend time to give you great care. Location is central and lots of cool shopping and eating nearby. Best selection of modern, cool glasses for the win. Go see them today (get it, “see” them). Ha!

I recently visited Eye Society Houston, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After my longtime eye doctor closed his office, I was searching for a new provider and decided to try Eye Society since they’re conveniently located near where I go to pilates. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the amazing customer service and the beautiful, inviting space filled with natural light and a peaceful, zen atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, making the check-in process seamless. Dr. Katherine performed my eye exam, and she was incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive. She provided me with a great prescription for my glasses and also diagnosed me with dry eye syndrome, something I had never realized I had. I truly appreciate her expertise and the treatment plan she recommended to help manage it. The eyewear selection at Eye Society is fantastic, and I found the perfect Celine prescription sunglasses. The turnaround time was reasonable, and I was thrilled with the final product, they're absolutely gorgeous and I'm so happy with my new pair of shades! Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I’m so grateful to have found my new go-to eye care provider. Highly recommend Eye Society Houston to anyone looking for top-notch eye care and stylish eyewear!

It's easy for me to make an appointment and I am always seen quickly. Everyone who works there is very friendly and Dr. Tran has been taking great care of my eyes for several years now. My only complaint (nothing to do with the office) is that sometimes parking can be tough in the Heights Mercantile area, so keep that in mind if you are running late for an appointment.
