My experience at Eye Theory Midtown was honestly outstanding from start to finish. This was my very first time needing glasses, so I had a lot of questions and didn’t really know what to expect. The team made the entire process comfortable, informative, and stress-free. They were extremely thorough during the eye exam and took the time to explain everything to me in detail instead of rushing through it. I truly felt like I was in great hands the entire visit. The office itself is beautiful—modern, clean, organized, and very welcoming. You can tell they care about creating a premium experience. They also had a huge selection of frames ranging from classic to high-end designer styles, so there were plenty of great options to choose from. What stood out most was how hands-on and patient everyone was while helping me pick my frames. Since this was my first pair of glasses, I appreciated the honest feedback and guidance. They made sure I found something that looked good, fit well, and matched my style. I walked out feeling confident and genuinely pleased with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, customer service, technology, and style all in one, I highly recommend Eye Theory Midtown. Definitely earned a loyal customer.

Friendly staff, very informative, I also love the varieties of glasses they have. Accepts a lot of different insurances and they do not push you to buy things you don't want to buy and respect your decisions. A great eye doctor to go to and the doctor himself is very kind and he makes sure you understand what is going on.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Tsao and his team while being treated for my dry eyes. From the very beginning, Dr. Tsao and his staff were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining what was causing my symptoms and what treatment options were available. I truly felt listened to and cared for at every visit. The treatment plan has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and daily life, and I’m so grateful to have found a provider who takes dry eye concerns seriously. The office is also very clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with dry eyes or looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor! 👁️✨

Subpar experience at best. On top of your $10 copay, you will be forced to pay $39 to have images of your eye taken every single time. For eye inflammation diagnosis, they want you to pay $250 to have special images of your eye taken just for the Dr to tell you the images reveled what he expected. I’ve been requesting full patient history chart and images for almost a week. I requested at once at the front desk after my visit only to go home and realize the whole point of the visit was for a new prescription that wasn’t even given to me. Had to follow up TWICE over email. I received a patient chart but it was only for my most recent visit not for my entire time as a patient there. Still almost a week later, I am requesting that information so I can establish care with a new provider that isn’t capitalizing off of using their machines to image your eyes and then recommending thousands of dollars worth of treatments that only manage a problem caused by excessive screen time and age. There are better offices in the city of Houston. This is not one of them.

Eye Theory was a great experience! They pay attention to detail during all stages on my eye exam. Also was very patient as I decided on what pair of glasses I wanted to obtain next!
