I went to this place because I had to get an eye exam ASAP to meet a deadline for work and they were very accommodating as they have later hours than any other place in the area. The lady taking the appointment and checking me was so kind and helpful. The doctor was also super friendly, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. They really care about your eye health! The best part is, they don't hassle you to make the most expensive purchase with all the add-ons- like every other place you go to. They don't even pressure you to buy contacts/glasses there if you don't want to - just did a great eye exam and if you want to buy somewhere else, that's fine. I feel very comfortable and no pressure there and I'm coming back again now to get my yearly exam and getting contacts as I know they will take care of me - but only if I want them to = )
Dr. Tran and Ken are great! They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! My family and I have been going here for years and they have a great selection of frames.
I had issues with my last pair glasses at Golden, they promised to offer a free lenses as a compensation for the trouble ( I have an email as the proof) on my next pair. I went there on 5/22/2026 and they retraced the offer citing the person,Val who is no longer working there and it was a misunderstanding. Worst business practices. I would rate this business zero star if I can.
I have been coming here for 3 years now . The service is always great , eye exam is thorough & the staff is knowledgeable & friendly 😃
Our family of 4 had an appointment together and everyone at this office especially Ken made the appointment efficient, pleasant and I highly recommend this office. They were very patient and helpful to my teenage daughter getting contacts for the first time and treated my elderly parents with kindness and gentleness. I also really appreciate their professionalism and prompt response for our family’s optical needs.
