I had a fantastic experience at Heights Eye Studio! From the moment I walked in, everyone was attentive to my questions and concerns. Jajuan and Stacy were especially outstanding! They provided exceptional service at the front desk and made choosing my first pair of frames an enjoyable and stress free experience. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude truly made a difference. I highly recommend Heights Eye Studio to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

Heights Eye Studio presents itself as a high-end optical boutique offering exclusive designer frames and five-star service. While their selection of designer eyewear, including brands like Gucci, is impressive, my overall experience has unfortunately not reflected the level of service they advertise. I recently purchased a pair of Gucci glasses from this studio. After nearly a year, the frames required adjustments and had to be sent overseas for repairs. The amount of time it has taken to receive my glasses back has been excessive and unreasonable. For a business that promotes quality care and premium service, I expected a much faster and more efficient process. In addition, I did not feel genuinely valued as a customer. The service felt transactional — as if the focus was solely on making the sale rather than building a relationship or providing continued support. From the moment I walked in, I felt judged, as though assumptions were made about my ability to afford the glasses. That perception alone significantly impacted my experience. Pricing is another concern. The markup on frames appears unnecessarily high compared to other optical studios offering similar designer brands and services. Because of these issues — slow repair turnaround, lack of attentive service, and pricing concerns — I would rate Heights Eye Studio 2 out of 5 stars. I would recommend exploring other eye studios if you are looking for respectful customer service, transparent pricing, and efficient care. This will be the last time this business receives money from me or my family. They promised me a glasses time pick up 1 hr before closing. When I called and shared my eta. They told me they would be open until 2:15 PM. After arriving on time. The whole business was closed down and the cleaning lady’s were cleaning. This is poor customer service. I had a great experience at the Heights Eye Studio today. The administrative staff are so friendly and helpful, welcoming and polite. Dr. Jillian was really thorough during her evaluation and was very client centered. I am a healthcare professional myself, hence this review is very genuine. I highly recommend Heights Eye Studio .

Let's just start off with how easy it was to book an appointment. You book online with so many available times that works with my crazy schedule. They send you reminder texts in case you forget. Parking is a breeze, it's located in a shopping center located in the heart of the Heights. The check-in process was quick and seamless. They also have refreshments in the front, which adds a relaxing touch. I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Vuong. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about my eyes during my exam. I opted to get glasses during the visit and they have so many options! It was hard to narrow down my selection to THREE frames. Ultimately, I chose the Ray-Ban frames and they look absolutely gorgeous on my face. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I am highly satisfied with my entire experience here. Don't wait to give them a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
