Fantastic staff! My appointment started right on time! Doctor Atkinson took the time to answer my concerns and other questions. The lady that did my eye photos and pressure test was very patient as well. The fellow that sat in with doctor Atkinson was also very attentive. These people see many patients a day, but I was made to feel like I was just one of a few rather then just a number. Front office folks greeted me. I’ll see you all next year for my annual checkup!
They were very nice and professional and helpful. Fixed problem with online paperwork and the system accidentally canceling pre-op appointment and it was their fault and they were very apologetic cuz it was due to getting a new system the day before our appointment. Also we're very quick with getting 2 surgery appointments asap.

I was greeted by the receptionist and there was no waiting. Everything ran smoothly and organized from check in to testing to exam. I always feel confident with their work and procedures. They put you at ease. I trust Dr. Fedrickson and recommend her explicitly.
The staff is always so patient and kind. I've been seeing Dr. Jong for over 10 years. I have regular 3 months visits. It's nice to walk in the clinic and be addressed by your name and a friendly smile. Dr. Jong is great! Explains everything very clearly. The only thing that could improve is the scheduling appointment process (which seems to be separate from the clinic). Otherwise I love this place
