My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters while picking out our new Meta glasses. Mahogany, our sales associate, was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as she helped us explore the different options available. She took the time to explain the features of the Meta glasses, made sure we found styles that looked great on us, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and friendly personality truly made the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to receive customer service this genuine, and Mahogany went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. If you visit this location, definitely ask for her, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Mahogany, for such a fantastic experience!

Had a great time here. Friendly staff, very helpful and made the experience quick and easy. Mohagany helped me shop around and check out- I have a crazy high prescription so picking the perfect pair of glasses is crucial. She got me what I needed, answered all of my questions, and made me confident in my purchase. I've been to a few LensCrafters locations, and this is my fav.

Cardel was absolutely amazing. I brought a frame that I’ve had for years that I love but unfortunately the lab was not able to put my new RX in them. Cardel found me a different frame and took care of what I needed for my vision needs. Would highly recommend this store and this team. Top tier customer service! Just FANTASTIC!!!!

Michelle provided such an outstanding experience from start to finish. A few months ago, she helped me choose my very first progressive glasses, along with frames and sunglasses, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find options that truly suited me. Last weekend, she graciously fixed the arm on an old pair of sunglasses for me. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond!
