Carolyn May did an outstanding job fixing my glasses. She replaced my lenses and nose pads and took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and paid attention to every detail. I truly appreciated the care she put into making sure my glasses were comfortable and looked great. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I brought in a pair of sunglasses that needed a repair, and Babatunde went above and beyond to help. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to fix the issue quickly. Instead of trying to sell me something new, they focused on getting my favorite sunglasses back in great shape, which I really appreciated. I needed help adjusting my glasses. Originally, they kept slipping down my nose, but after going to Lens Crafter they were perfectly adjusted thanks to the help of Bruce. Thanks again! Great experience, would 100% recommend going!

Treated like Royalty by Micheal. We came from out of town and my nosepads came off my glasses. Micheal not only helped me with free replacements but also deep cleaned my glasses in their machine! He let me know about different types of frames that would help with some issues I had with my current pair and let me know about their warrenty they offer. 10/10 thank you.

Clinton was amazing!! Everyone in the store was very kind and patient as me and my partner tried on basically every pair of frames lol 😂 Clinton really helped us with affordable lenses / options. He was super funny and kind! I definitely recommend this location and Clinton!!
