They are always helpful with answering all my questions. I’ve been going here a few years for my kids and I always have a positive experience. Everyone is very helpful, especially Ray, who is always kind in answering the many questions I have. Dr. Pham and Dr Imperial are amazing! They are very kind and efficient during the exams. I also like that they explain and break down any info about children’s eye exams and scans.

I’ve been going here a few years and always have a positive experience. Everyone is very thorough, especially Ray, who is always kind enough to answer any questions I have about my options. Dr. Pham is amazing! He is very kind and efficient during the exams. I’m never sitting in there long. I also like that he explains and breaks down any info about my eye exams and scans. It’s great to know what to look out for.

I was dissatisfied with the fit of my frames and returned to the store to have them adjusted. However, instead of properly tightening them, the ends were simply bent downward where they rest over my ears. While the staff was very friendly and even offered to assist me in selecting a new pair, I ultimately decided not to go through the process again. I appreciate their kindness, but I wish my frames had been a better fit from the start.

My wife has bought high end Zeiss lenses from them. We only use the Zeiss wipes. However the blue blocking coating has failed (it looks splotchy). Their only recommendation is to replace lenses effectively every year. This is an astonishing response to their own product’s failures. The optometrist told my wife to buy higher end lenses - we thought we did. Wouldn’t suggest getting lenses done here. Not for these prices when they refuse to stand behind them.

I had such a great experience at this vision center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. The office was clean, organized, and the appointment ran on time, which I really appreciated. I want to thank the manager Rey Trevino for taking his time to help me choose the correct frames. I will definitely go again and have Rey help me.
