First, I want to say that I had an awesome experience! Chi is so professional, caring, and understanding. If you have a vision, that’s great—she will enhance it with her own unique insight. She listens carefully, is personable, and brings a special touch to everything she does. With your vision combined with her expertise, you truly can’t go wrong. This was my first time having something like this done, and I must say that I am extremely pleased. Even during the session, when another client came in, she still took the time to focus on me. She didn’t rush through or move on—she was fully attentive to my needs, and I am so grateful for that. Thank you so much, Chi, and I look forward to seeing you again!

Had a really bad experience. She was not very friendly. Not sure if she was stressed or having a bad day. But I arrived early… but she started 15 minutes late with me due to overlapping (with no apology or acknowledgement). I showed pictures and explained the ombré brow I wanted, she said my request was easy. During mapping she drew shape that did not match photos though. She then insisted I draw and make corrections which I thought was weird. So I did, as I wanted slight thicker just near arch that matched the photos I showed her. Not sure why… but upon her correction she moved brow shape higher above my natural brow baseline and shaved too much of my real brow hairs off at the bottom which was not what I asked or drew when she forced me to correct. She then tried to force me to correct again and I was not comfortable with that, as I can’t correct the brow hairs she shaved off erroneously. She then insisted on giving me my deposit back and cleaned mapping off my face. These were all pretty rude interactions. Very disappointing.

10/25/25 I was referred to Chi by my nail tech. I noticed how beautiful her eyebrows were as she was giving me a pedicure and she put me on to Chi. I didn't waste time. A few days later, I drove over an hour to get the ombre powder brows and it was so worth it. Chi was very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and most of all, she made my eyebrows beautiful. She's consistent and very skilled. & I'm grateful that she was so careful with such a permanent enhancement. Highly recommend. Update: 12/9/25 Everywhere I go, I get complimented on my brows. From my dentist to the meat market clerk at H-E-B. I've given so many referrals. Chi is the most affordable and best quality brow artist. Hands down. If you need to retouch, or it's your first time, or your previous artist just didn't do their big one, come see Chi. She will get you right!

The suite is very clean, relaxing, very pretty. Chi was polite and explained the procedure, she let me choose the type of brow I wanted, I was nervous thinking it would hurt but NO pain, my experience was pleasant. I love my brows.

I had ombré brows done by Chi and I am so happy! It’s the first thing others notice when they look at me and they always say “I love your brows “ Thank you, Chi! You are truly amazing!
