Items on the menu overpriced!! I ordered a drink called chicha. Waiter explained what it was and asked if I wanted it with condensed milk I said yes. As soon as I got the drink I took 1 sip and condensed milk is all I tasted. It was extremely strong and sweet. Undrinkable. I asked her nicely if I can change to another drink she told me no because I already took a sip. SO DISAPPOINTING. I didn’t drink anything else afterwards. I’m sad this place doesn’t replace drinks for their customers. I’m not Venezuelan so it was my first time trying a new drink. She said if she changed my drink they will charge her. That’s not fair to her either. Shame. Not sure if I will Come back. Drink was $8 btw. Rip off
We like to try new places, so last night this was it. Well, to our surprise no English but thank goodness for translation app. She made recommendations and off we went. Ordered about 5 dishes, shared between the 6 of us. So much food and oh so good. Menu is tiny to read (it has some english), so we let her pick. We will be back
I normally don’t leave reviews but I was very disappointed with a $3 can of sprite. The food was good. Compared to other Venezuelan spots it did leave some to be desired from the quality of the food. I had a Venezuelan burger with my uncle. The lady serving was nice but had too much on her plate to give a proper experience. (5 tables) No sauce was offered and when I asked for ketchup I got it as I was almost done with my fries.
This was our first visit, and it has quickly become one of our top picks for Venezuelan restaurants. Everything we tried was bursting with amazing flavor. The food was outstanding, and the customer service was equally impressive. The owner and server provided detailed explanations of the dishes and the business, and they were both extremely friendly and helpful.
This food is authentic and so delicious!!!! It has more than just arepas. We tried the cachapa, empanadas, hervido, and two arepas. Everything was super rico. Even the kids loves it. Highly recommended. And Veronica was extremely helpful and hospitable. We will definitely return!!!
