Came here for the first time, so I could try peruvian food for the first time . Food was owsome loved everything we tried. But As soon as my family and I came in this red hair lady stare at us with no welcome or a smile. We took our time looking at the menu and I could still feel her staring at us . The cashier though was awsome . Shes a young lady with glases . She recomended several sides. And had a great smile . As we were eating we saw the red hair woman talking to other employees so rude . We asked an employe if the red hair woman was the owner and said she was the manager. It looked like they were scared of her .

Pollo a la brasa almost never disappoints and Chick Houz is no different. I've been to all the big chain pollo a la brasa in Lima Peru as well as every state that I've traveled to in the USA. Very well prepared and service was great. Only critique would be the mayonnaise wasn't like a lot of pollo a la brasa places and the aji was good but sort of watery because it's made to be pumped into the little ketchup/sauce cups. Not a deal breaker but an observation. Will come back and highly recommended

I have dine at this establishment multiple times and have gotten excellent service. Today 7-14-26 I decide to take a date here. From the beginning a lady named “Marie” was very rude. I asked her if I can purchase a drink and a Tres leches, but I would get it as I leave just because I would like it cold. As I received my food, she handed me a bag with the extra drink, and Tres leches I had asked for as I was leaving. It wasn’t till the end Of my dining experience that made me extremely mad. As I was putting me and my dates plate away, I threw The extra food we didn’t eat in the trash can. All I hear in the background is “ NOO WHY DID YOU DO THAT?” I thought to myself what did I do wrong? I looked at her and she told me “ WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? I JUST PUT A NEW BAG IN THERE.” I asked her politely well then where was I supposed to put the trash? And she just shook her head and walked away. Extremely rude and thinking about Never going here ever again horrible customer service!

i recommend the chicken, amazing flavor, the orange salsa that comes with it is spectacular, extremely addicting, the fried yuca is on point and compliments the chicken good. I think you should drop the price of the rice & beans by a bit and be less stingy with salsa on the side (just my opinion) I also think you should consider repositioning the worker with red hair in the front to the kitchen, she lacks customer service friendliness. Been a long time customer and will continue to eat here 👍🏼 even with my criticism on those points, the food 100% makes up for it

Just recently went for lunch and ordered the pio pio salad. Was less than 1/3rd of the way through the salad when I noticed two hairs submerged inside. Like a sane person I went to the counter to show the hairs and get a refund/or other meal. The cashier told me there was no hair and that she would give me a side to compensate. If theres no hair why compensate. Mind you i wasn't looking for any grand apology, just food that was hair free. Saddening because i work across the street and liked coming for lunch. Will be doing so no longer.
