I ordered on DoorDash. The chicken is delicious and the red sauce was really good. I’m not a sauce person either. It had a slight kick. The fries were soggy from transport, that can be thrown in the air fryer. However, there was no seasoning on them so I saved that for later along with the green beans (which did look very good), I read this was a Peruvian place and would love too that Peri Peri is more represented on the menu, along with heat levels and peri peri salt on the fries. It’s a great place for some good chicken and some other really good options! I will be back.
First time visiting this establishment, checked the rating online and it did not live up to the 4.2 I saw. Chicken was as dry as an old dog bone buried with the dinosaurs. No seasoning at all, I guess they leave it up to the condiments to give it flavor. No ice in the machine and when brought to the cashier's attention she put ice in the cups instead of refilling the machine for everyone to use. I've had plenty of chicken salads at other places and none have been cold, that was a first for me. Chicken sandwich, again the sauce and cheese gave it flavor, chicken by itself.. nothing.. Absolutely nothing to be impressed about to come back or recommend. Gave it a try and now it's off the list of places to check out.
This was one of the best meals I've had in all my travels. The chicken was delicious, moist, and flavorful. The steak was near divine and the sides and sauces perfect. Next time I'm in Houston I am definitely coming here again.
My family and I stopped on a Sunday mid-afternoon. The restaurant was clean, inviting and the team welcoming. We ordered and promptly received our order. The salad was absolutely huge and delicious, the chicken was juicy and well seasoned, and the sides were above average. The cashiers and staff treated us very well and Noemi went out of her way to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. We had been here before but the chicken tastes even better now! Great job! We drove over 40 mns to eat Peruvian chicken and would drive them again.
It was my first time visiting this place. The service was wonderful. 5/5 The food tasted great too, 5/5 The portions are well served and the order comes out fast 5/5. Dessert, The tres leches cake is very good, one of the best I've ever had, it's worth trying if you love this cake flavor, 5/5. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is that I ordered the SALCHIPAPA $12.00 with the UPGRADE TO MEGA $6.00 “Salchipapa plus fried yucca, crispy bacon, queso fresco, and there were 3 or 4 mini pieces of bacon and yucca” (you can try looking for them in the picture) so for me it's not worth the UPGRADE TO MEGA 2/5. So, I would go back to this restaurant and highly recommend it.
