Authentic & Amazing! 10/10 Experience This place was absolutely delicious! The ambiance was wonderful, playing great Peruvian music, and the team there was so incredibly nice and friendly. As Peruvians, we take our cuisine very seriously and can be tough critics. I visited with my mom and my aunt—who are usually very particular about local flavors—and they both loved it and gave it a huge thumbs up! They welcomed us with a complimentary semolina soup (sopa de sémola) that was incredible and made us feel right at home. We ordered the causa acevichada, jalea, pollo a la brasa, and passion fruit juice (maracuyá). Everything was completely excellent and hit the spot. Even though it’s quite far from where I live, it is worth every mile for a real taste of home. We will definitely be returning! Huge thanks to Alonso and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming!

The best Peruvian restaurant we have tried in Texas!! Every dish we tried was authentic and full of flavor. We had the lomo saltado, trío marino and causa acevichada. Coming from someone who is Peruvian, this is the best you can get!! We will be back. The service was also excellent and very attentive. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for genuine, delicious Peruvian food. Highly recommend. They also have a little store where you can purchase Peruvian products as well which was a plus!

2 out of 10. I mean the rice is like taken out of the fridge and reheated. The ají chicken literally no flavor and chicken is dry as hell. And the potatoe with chicken salad and avocado literally potatoes have a yellow die. I mean just horrible. Never again. 🤢🤢🤮🤮

I ordered the half pollo a la brasa. The chicken had decent flavor, but it was a little dry, possibly because it may have been reheated. The green sauce (more yellow in color) was actually very good, nice flavor and definitely helped the chicken. I wasn’t a fan of the drinks. I first got the passion fruit juice and didn’t like it, so I switched to chicha morada, which I also didn’t enjoy. Both were too sweet for my taste, and I wondered if they’re made in-house or from a powdered mix. The chaufa rice and beans that came with the chicken were good. It’s $4 extra to upgrade the white rice to chaufa, but it was worth it. My husband ordered the ají de gallina, and that was a highlight. Very traditional, with a creamy yellow sauce and wonderful flavor.
