Mother’s Day! Excelente ambiance and food. I try today for appetizer a Tequeños, a red fish with plantains and salad I love it. Also, they give me this drink with a a yellow rose. I highly recommend.

Went to Fabian’s last night. We walked the strip looking for a good time and decent food. It was WAY more than we expected. Food was 10/10 delicious. I had the steak quesadilla and my husband had the hamburger. He said it was the best burger he’s ever had (the guy is hard to please food wise) The steak melts in your mouth. Soooo delicious!!! The staff were SUPER attentive. With sooo many people there they still came and checked on us multiple times throughout the night. The scene was intoxicating. It’s a huge place too with a hookah lounge in the back that had such a nightclub feel. I recommend if you’re looking for a fun time and great food to check them out.

Took my boys here multiple times, and they love it! I love my Puerto Rican music and food and this place gives me that. The bottle girls are fine, the food is great, the music is always bumping even on a Wednesday. I really love this place especially on a Saturday. It was free to get in when I went on Wednesday and Thursday, but I paid $25 on Saturday. Never was a line, people kind of trickle in and the party starts to come to life. If you’re in downtown Houston and you love Latin Culture with a little Hip-Hop, Fabian’s is the spot.

I was disappointed by my experience at Fabian's Latin Flavors. I understand charging $3 for bottled water, that's the restaurant's choice, but what really bothered me was that they wouldn't provide a simple glass of tap water, even to customers ordering expensive cocktails. It came across as prioritizing every possible upcharge over basic hospitality. Between the drink prices and the refusal to offer complimentary water, it felt like they were taking advantage of customers rather than providing good service. Good food and drinks are important, but so is how you treat your guests. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like the pricing was more about maximizing every sale than creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I loved this place. Authentic Colombian food. The empanadas were to died for. Very much recommended. The girl was very nice and attentive.
