Pollo Bravo is an excellent place with amazing people and outstanding service. Last Sunday we called ahead about 2 hours before arriving to let them know that we were bringing a big group of 30 people and they were quick to respond and made accommodations for us without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, they took care of us right away. The food was fresh, delicious and served very promptly. Everything was done with excellence, efficiently, just wonderful hospitality from beginning to end. We regularly go out in large groups of people to eat on Sundays, and honestly, we have never seen such prompt service. We have gone to other places and advise them of the large group of people ahead of time, but there is always a big wait due to the size of our group, but at Pollo Bravo, they handled our large group exceptionally well. Very highly recommended. Five big stars from me

Be careful when visiting this place. The prices shown on the menu are misleading because they add unexpected charges at the end, including a gratuity that doesn’t match what you would expect. On top of that, if you pay by card, the total can be even higher. The advertised prices are not the real prices, so don’t be surprised if your bill ends up much more expensive than expected. The food itself is just average and definitely not worth the inflated cost. I recommend checking your bill carefully and being cautious before dining here.

I ordered 2 main entrees and 4 sides. They printed the sides but not the main entrees on their receipt. Therefore, I didn't get the chicken and the taquitos. I felt it was a ripoff since DoorDash didn't take into account the almost $7 tip for the driver. DoorDash refund is always a partial refund. I won't order from this restaurant ever again.

My first time here. Let me say, not bad! I came with my family so we had the chicken family combo. It came with their signature chicken, rice & beans, avocado salad & plantains. Oh & one more thing it also came with French fries with sliced wienie dogs which was different but I liked it. Over all, the food was superb, the price was great but the service could have been better.

$15 dollars for a whole rotisserie chicken, can’t find that bargain anywhere else in the area, and it is good. Paid with credit card no extra charge, as far as service/atmosphere, well it’s a chicken place so yeah don’t expect Michelin rated service, never had issue but I mainly pick up to go.
