Food and service was really good. I've been to a few Pollo Bravo places and I never had a bad meal or service. I've tried several things on the menu but as far as protein their chicken is really super good. It's very tender & moist. I highly recommend their yuca fries or "cassava". I've eaten yuca fries a lot & various places but Pollo Bravo has the best.

First off I’d like to say the food was amazing. I drove about 45 mins to this location because the Pollo Bravo location in Pasadena closed down. I ordered a few Gordos Combos to bring back to the family celebrating mother’s birthday. They were delicious, far better than the Pasadena Pollo Bravo.. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of the cashier taking orders. Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in quite a while. Had I not drove with my mom 45 mins to this place. I would have walked away. Every question that my mother and I asked, she gave off this nasty attitude. It’s as if though we were a nuisance for even being there, and asking question about the menu. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

Lunch special price did not ring up as advertised and they did not fix it even after I pointed out the large sign. They also did not give me my drinks that should have been included in the order. The chicken was good.

I went to this restaurant on Saturday around 1:15PM or so and placed my order to go. I put 0 tip because again the order was to go. I guess the young lady who took my order got upset because when she brought me my drink and later on the food she had and major attitude. I said have a great day and did not respond and walked away. Please train your staff not to expect a tip when the order is to go. I have no issues tipping if I sat down to eat and was served. I could have easily use DoorDash to pick-it up myself which I usually do, and there wouldn’t have been any issues, but I was already close to the restaurant and said might as well. Other than that the food was freshly cooked and delicious as always.

If you haven’t visited Pollo Bravo, you need to stop what you’re doing a run here! The minute you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with a warm welcome. You can pick wherever you’d like to sit, and the waitress will bring you a menu. We usually start with the green plantains and the crispy taquitos. Each time I come (which is quite often), I try something different. Their food is always fresh and made to order. Their prices are fair and the quality of their food is out of this world! They are also family friendly, and have a kid’s menu. I have yet to be disappointed and I know you will feel the same, so the next time you are wanting to try something different bring your entire family!
