I haven’t had a bad experience with this company until I just got these termite bait stations installed. The job was pretty sloppy and made me very disappointed. The stations could have been installed more flush with the ground instead of sticking out so much. There was also zero attempt to clean up the sites so now I have some extra yard work to do. What’s worse is my side yard is shared with my neighbor so I’ll have to apologize for the poor job done to her property and clean it up myself.

The first pest control service was good, but the follow-up services have been extremely disappointing. The technicians now complete the service in barely 10 minutes and leave without properly checking the property. I have noticed more than 15 areas where cobwebs were not removed at all. When I raised the issue and requested to stop further payments due to the poor service, the response was simply that the contract cannot be cancelled in between. I expected consistent service throughout the contract period, not just a good first visit. Unhappy with the service quality.

Brian did a great job servicing my home today! As someone who is new to Florida, I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable he was.
