This was a great experience for me. The drug was ordered thru Alto. They checked for Medicare repayment but was not covered. They applied coupons and texted the cost and then asked if I wanted to order. They called at 10:00 Tues. night to let me know when the order would arrive. It came at 2:38 Wed. Female was polite and had me sign the receipt. I was kept in the loop all the way thru ordering and delivery. Great customer service!

Delivered to wrong address. Did not follow directions for delivery. When I called all they did was put me I. Hold. Never called me back. We had to track the package down ourselves by putting out messages to neighbors TERRIBLE. For such expensive mediation!!!!

EXCELLENT!! It was so easy to process prescription through Alto Pharmacy. Received 1st text from Alto 4:33p, used Alto app to setup acct, ordered medication, paid and was delivered to my home 6:15p. Total time 1hr/45mins. WOW!! Delivery service..man also friendly, professional, on time. BEST service I have received in a very long time. Thanks.

I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. They left me without my IVF medications that I urgently needed. I placed the order three days in advance, but on the day of delivery they canceled one of the medications, citing “special dispensing rules,” even though such rules had never been mentioned before. They postponed the delivery by four days despite the critical urgency. I spent the entire day messaging with a manager, and I was eventually promised delivery the next day. However, just one hour before the scheduled delivery, they postponed it AGAIN by another four days and then stopped responding to support messages. This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The service is unacceptable and they treat patients very poorly.

I thought Alto Pharmacy was wonderful at first. I received emails from them that said they did not want cost to be a hindrance in one’s fertility journey and that they did price matching. The emails seemed to be nice and personal, addressed from “Jane“ (which I later found out is likely is not an actual person). I got replies to questions very quickly (even if they were automated). However, when I found lower medication prices at a different pharmacy and emailed them to Alto, I did not receive a reply for days. Only when I called Alto was I told it might take some time to review the quotes. I had to call again, as I was supposed to start the medications the next day. Only then was I told that Alto does not match international pharmacy prices. (That was not mentioned in the initial email that said they matched other pharmacies’ prices.) In addition, the person from Alto I spoke to said they would no longer honor their initial price quote for me either, and that med prices had gone up in the last 2 weeks. The person eventually agreed to at least give me the original price quote from Alto. Unfortunately, this was a stressful process. Update 3/3/26: one star added as a better price match was found and applied. I did end up missing one dose of medication due to waiting on reply from price match team and missing window for same day delivery, however.
