I wanted to share my experience because it was a mix of excellent customer service and disappointing follow-through. The customer service representatives were always kind, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Every time I called, they answered my questions professionally and treated me with courtesy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. My prescription was received on a Friday evening. I understood that it would not be processed that same day, and the following Monday was Memorial Day, so I did not expect any movement over the holiday weekend. However, by Tuesday, I expected my order to begin processing. Instead, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday passed without any progress. By 5:00 p.m. Friday, my order still had not shipped. I called because I was scheduled to travel the following week and had explained that I needed the medication before leaving. Despite having four business days after the holiday to process the prescription, they were unable to ship it in time. I ultimately had to cancel my order and ask my clinic to send my prescription elsewhere. Even after the cancellation, I never received any follow-up communication from Empower Pharmacy regarding the status of my order. My overall impression is that Empower Pharmacy has friendly, professional customer service representatives, but the company struggles with follow-through. Good customer service is more than being polite—it also means processing orders in a timely manner and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

The customer service is outstanding every single time I call. Very straight forward and clear communication. My medicine is usually shipped within a few days of me placing the order and I have never had an issue with my package. It comes in a cooler with ice packs that keeps the medicine cold. If you are able to afford the product, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs help losing weight.

If I could give negative stars I would. Beware of your protected HIPPA information. They mailed my Rx to an address I had not lived at in over 3 years. The package was picked up from an old “ trusted “ neighbor. Package was opened by new tenants. I informed empower and they sent a replacement. I entrusted empower to keep my information safe. There “ general counsel “ Mr. Gonzalez slow plays any communication. Says I was offered a refund or replacement. Umm replacement for something I had no part of is a given from any reputable company. I have yet to contact the attorney general’s office or the Texas pharmacy board and who ever else wants to fine them about the HIPAA violations. I was given empower the opportunity to do better and Handel it but so far nothing.

I've called 2 days in a row and was able to speak to very helpful customer service reps. My order has been fixed and on the truck because of their prompt service. Ty for being so helpful!!

I had a power outage at the house and my medicine was compromised. I contacted Empower and spoke with the pharmacist. Thankfully they approved a refill and didn’t take one of my refills away. Without me even asking, they reviewed my circumstances and did not charge me for this new order. That was truly appreciated.
