SWITCH TO THIS PHARMACY NOW! Especially if you are in the medical center , midtown or 3rd ward area. Let me tell you about how important this location is to our community. I have a prescription that was impossible to fill at any other pharmacy location in the area. I was released from the hospital a few days ago when we called all over the city no one had it. The other pharmacy near by accepted the prescription without even knowing if they had it in stock which they didn't. That delayed my recovery and treatment .Again switching to a near by pharmacy that estimated the wait for the medicine would be days which would have sent me back to the hospital. After calling this location they had the medicine in stock and ready within 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES IS AMAZING ! They were so polite and helped me so much. They really saved my life today and also helped the entire community. The people were very professional explaining very clearly how to take the medicine. The have many items for purchase and the facility is sparkling clean. I will always recommend coming here and they do accept insurance. What took other places 2 days to figure out this place took 30 minutes. My life is on the line and they took that seriously unlike the other places. I have done reviews all over the country and believe me this is one of the most important ones because it can save someone's life. Im hoping that this review helps you make the decision to switch pharmacy's and quit playing games with the other ones. The other ones gave me a runaround , had me so frustrated and put my life on the line . THIS PLACE SAVED ME and it WILL SAVE YOU TOO.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Health Co Pharmacy. Since my transplant, they have truly gone above and beyond in every way possible. From reliable delivery to even the owner personally coming out late at night to make sure I received my medication this level of care is something you just don’t find anymore.They consistently go the extra mile in ways I didn’t even know to expect, and it has made such a difference in my life and my health journey. I am beyond grateful for their compassion, dedication, and commitment to their patients.If I could give 1000 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you for everything you do you are truly a blessing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of communication from this brand. When it comes to something as important as a prescription, clear and reliable communication should be a priority. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I tried to reach out because I needed clarification about the specific brand I require for my prescription, but the responses were either delayed, unclear, or nonexistent. When you’re dealing with medication, that kind of communication gap is frustrating and unacceptable. I also want to make it clear that I’m not interested in cutting corners or choosing the cheapest option if it means sacrificing quality. My health matters, and I need access to the higher-quality prescription brand that works best for me. Instead of support or guidance, I was left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the poor communication and lack of responsiveness made an already important situation far more difficult than it should have been.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Marie. She was amazing! Marie was patient and extremely thorough with what I needed and was able to explain everything. She exudes what customer service should be. I’m so happy I was able to talk with her today.

I am a post liver transplant patient (4 1/2 years) and have used Healthco ever since for some of my medication. I have recently needed to transfer a prescription from my doctor and want to commend your staff for the excellent service I have received always but one member in particular by the first name of Yaya who went the extra step of informing me by calling to let me know he followed through with my question and request.
