Absolutely love this place! I prefer a small, neighborhood pharmacy.
I came in today to get my flu shot. All of the staff were so nice and helpful! Amy gave me my shot and she did amazing! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here!
Was with this pharmacy for years unfortunately I will no longer be using this pharmacy due to negligence of delivering my medication to the wrong address. That is one thing I will not accept. Pharmacy is to handle peoples medication(s) in a confidential manner with integrity to the customer. Heights Studewood Pharmacy failed at this. Even after the error was made Elizabeth the manager brushed it off as if it was nothing. Even put the blame on my Dr’s office saying the reason they mailed my meds to my previous address it was because my Dr office have that address on file which is a bold face lie. Just looking to shift the blame on someone else instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Even if that was true which it’s not! It is the pharmacy responsibility to confirm with the customer if their address is current before mailing any medication. Especially when that customer has not placed an order with the pharmacy for almost a year or longer. I had to drive all the way from Conroe to Houston to my old address to try and retrieve my medication. They did not try to help me at all to get my medication from the former address. Even after I told Elizabeth the issue I was having she mentioned someone would come by and meet me at my former address after the pharmacy closed but I heard nothing back from her. Lack of concern for me as their customer I will not be using this pharmacy I would like to know I am in good hands and my privacy would not be strained when all it takes is a phone call to reach out to the customer to confirm the address is up to date.
My mother came to visit from out-of-state over the Thanksgiving holiday and urgently needed a prescription. This prescription was called in by her doctor at home and arrived at the pharmacy the day before Thanksgiving. Resident Director Omar Serna stayed after closing time to receive this prescription and came to our house that evening to drop it off -- again, on the day before Thanksgiving. This was above and beyond service and care. We have been with Heights-Studewood Pharmacy for twenty years and have always found them reliable and ready to help with all our needs. Thank you!!
Great local pharmacy that can make what seems like anything! This is a compounding pharmacy that can made medication that's not commercially available (I usually go to HEB pharmacy for those since it's closer to my house). They also do veterinary compounds, which is a huge help since my dogs need specially made medications. I've always had great interactions with the staff and the pharmacists that work here. They're super friendly and helpful.
