Can't recommend this team more! Dr. Steven and Dr. Haley helped me thru a hip injury and then onto prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor therapy. I feel better than long before I started coming. I've gained so much knowledge about how the body works and practical workouts. I really like their approach of getting you back to what you want to do with functional exercises and targeted healing. Labor and delivery and Postpartum were so much smoother and I was so much more confident because of Dr. Haley. I started meeting with her during pregnancy, continued after delivery and still going! I'm recommending Haley and pelvic floor physical therapy to any and all pregnant and postpartum friends. She has given me so much valuable knowledge about how the pelvic floor is connected to everything, taught me proper breathing movements, how to load properly and has treated specific ailments as they popped up. She's so personable and genuinely cares! So grateful for all the support and guidance!

Go see Dr. Steven!!! I had been dealing with a chronic low back injury that was impacting my daily activity and even sleep. As a life long runner, I finally caved and decided to go to PT when I could no longer run without pain. I chose Bulletproof because I wanted running specific therapy. Other PTs tend to offer fairly basic exercises and require you to come in multiple times a week. I liked that with Bulletproof I could come in for treatment but do most of the work from home. The dry needling was also a huge plus!! I don’t think I would have recovered as quickly without it. After 8 sessions, I am totally pain free and running!! I feel so much stronger and more confident in my ability to keep improving. Dr. Steven was awesome, providing challenging exercises and lots of moral support (which was much needed haha). Highly recommend, thanks to the whole team. :)

As a recurring injury I have experienced before, I hurt my back while lifting weights in August 2025 and was experiencing sciatic nerve pain shooting down my right leg. I have been going to the gym for over 15 years, competed in powerlifting, and I have periodically tweaked my lower back a handful of times during this period. Whenever I have experienced a lower back injury in the past, it has usually affected many of my other activities of daily living. My mood worsens, and my overall quality of life declines. I chose to seek help from Bulletproof PT because I wanted to significantly change my old training habits that were no longer benefiting my life. I have been stuck in my powerlifting and bodybuilding training methods, which have left me feeling stiff and unathletic. Even though I no longer compete in any organized sport, I want my time spent in the gym to better prepare me for life’s random moments that require my body to be physically capable of doing things like picking up heavy objects off the floor, carrying all the grocery bags inside the house in one trip, and running after my dog if she escapes from the yard. I worked with Marcus Ripley, who diagnosed me with lower back flexion intolerance. The initial exercises he gave me in the first phase of my recovery plan were very helpful in reducing my pain. Once my pain started to improve, Marcus prescribed exercises to strengthen my back. Performing new movements and exercises that require my back to move in different ways and under resistance has dramatically improved my ability to perform other exercises I enjoy doing at the gym. My previous training before coming to Bulletproof usually neglected training my lower back directly, and I often ignored doing exercises in the frontal and transverse planes. Now that I am prioritizing my back strength, I feel much more confident at the gym and do not feel my back is a limiting factor. I have learned many new things about back health and mobility, and I will incorporate all that Marcus taught me into my current and future workout routines. As a strength coach for the Cypress Creek High School wrestling team, I have even shared what I have learned at Bulletproof with my own athletes. If you want to take an active role in your physical health and gain a better understanding of the correct movement patterns that keep your body feeling as it should, I highly recommend going to Bulletproof.

I came to Bulletproof Physical Therapy with a tight left trap muscle and a near-complete inability to turn my neck to the right. The tension and strain in my trap region were so severe that I couldn’t safely lift anything above my shoulders without pain or restriction. It was beginning to affect both my training and everyday movement. I chose Bulletproof PT after being referred by my trainer, who spoke highly of their approach. She specifically recommended them because of their combination of dry needling and targeted physical therapy. I really liked that their treatment plan wasn’t just about addressing my immediate pain, but also about building long-term strength and giving me exercises to prevent the issue from coming back. I’ve been incredibly pleased with my treatment and the results. A knot in my left trap that I’ve had for as long as I can remember is essentially gone. I’m now able to train overhead again, move freely, and turn my head without discomfort. I’ve also learned a lot about my form and how to make sure I’m not performing movements in a way that could aggravate the area again. Dr. Paige has been fantastic—thorough during my initial consultation and always attentive during each session. She consistently listens to what’s improving, what’s still difficult, and adjusts accordingly. She even answers questions between sessions, which has been a huge help in staying consistent and confident with my exercises. I am extremely happy with my progress and truly recommend Bulletproof PT to anyone looking for effective, thoughtful, and long-lasting treatment.

After experiencing several setbacks during my acl rehab, I honestly felt stuck and discouraged. Around the 9-month mark post-surgery, I was diagnosed with a cyclops lesion in my knee, which caused significant strength loss. I had already worked with four different physical therapists before coming to Haley at Bulletproof Physical Therapy, and unfortunately most of them had essentially given up on me. I was often handed off to a PT assistant and given generic exercises that didn’t address my specific deficits. Working with Haley was completely different. Bulletproof Physical Therapy truly stands out because the care is exclusively one-to-one. Haley personally worked with me every session, carefully assessed strength differences between my surgical and non-surgical leg, documented progress, and built a structured weekly progression plan tailored to my needs. Instead of avoiding the deficits, we attacked them head-on and rebuilt my strength systematically. Her certifications in dry needling and blood flow restriction training made a huge difference in accelerating my strength gains. I finally felt like someone understood the problem and had the tools and expertise to help me bounce back. Haley communicates clearly, listens carefully, and is incredibly accommodating with scheduling. If you’re looking for personalized, high-level care where you’re not just another patient on a schedule, Bulletproof Physical Therapy is the place to go. I cannot recommend Haley highly enough.
