I'm coming to the end of my second month of physical therapy, and I've improved dramatically since my meniscus surgery. The team at Elation Physical Therapy, especially Dr. Roy, has made my recovery process smooth and convenient by working around my schedule. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cares about their patients' progress. Every session has helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence. I'm grateful for the excellent care I've received and highly recommend Elation Physical Therapy to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery. Also, what a great team at the front desk.

Wonderful place in the heights area, conveniently located with great physical therapy. I am on my third set of visits over the past 2 years. I received great care for a knee replacement recovery, a neck injury and now a rotator cuff injury. I highly recommend this facility.

I wasn’t too pleased with my care at this clinic. Everyone seemed to be nice, however they do not provide 1:1 care for their patients. Your PT is likely to be splitting their time between you and another patient. I found out that this is common in the field to maximize time. When people are injured, this takes away from the focus on them. My physical therapist wasn’t there one day, and they placed me with someone else without asking if I was okay with that. I did advocate for myself about these things, but this is still my honest review. As soon as my physical therapist and I started building rapport, she let me know it was actually her last day. She shared that she would’ve preferred to give more notice, but the clinic wanted her out sooner. That abrupt transition didn’t feel great as a patient, especially when consistency and trust matter so much in care. Overall, while the staff was kind, the lack of communication, continuity, and individualized attention made this experience feel more transactional than therapeutic.

I love this place and would definitely recommend my friends coming here. I am currently doing aquatics and my pain has decreased tremendously! Shout out to all the therapists who are amazing and gracious. Also shout out to Celeste for being helpful and getting me in here.
