My visits at Paramount (Memorial) exceeded my expectations. I have only had one other rehab experience a couple decades ago but I've heard of several friends experiences at other facilities that didnt leave me with high hopes for such targeted and knowledgable attention and the level of care I received. All of the staff were very explanatory which made every visit a pleasant learning experience in understanding the benefit and importance of every single exersize. The inspiring part was to have all the exersizes shared in printable emails with me for home referencing and memory refreshing. If I ever need rehab therapy again for anything I hope I would be able to have the therapists at Paramount help me again like they did and would very highly recommend.

Update after a few sessions- excellent service from the multiple PTs I have worked with. Responsive to questions and focus on form and isolating proper areas. Good communication for scheduling and tracking home regime. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Initial review- Went for initial PT consult. Easy access location. Great staff, adequate space in waiting area. Only minor issue was parking but multiple spaces opened within a minute of my arrival. Staff is professional, attentive and knowledgeable.

Before booking my session at Paramount Physical Therapy, I checked Google reviews and I'm pleased to report that my expectations have been met. Everyone is exceptionally kind, friendly, and the compassion and empathy they demonstrate towards their patients is outstanding. This I can definitely attest to. I can confidently say this has been the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had—by far. From day one, the care, attention, and professionalism were unmatched. The therapists truly take the time to listen, understand your goals, and tailor the treatment specifically to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session felt purposeful and well thought out. They constantly checked in on my progress, explained the “why” behind each exercise, and made sure I was doing everything correctly and safely. The encouragement and motivation they provide make a huge difference, especially on the tougher days. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients and their recovery. Thanks to this team, I’ve made progress I didn’t think was possible. I’m extremely grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone looking for real results and an outstanding experience.
