I highly recommend Christian and Chintan. The treatment methods for my recovery from a thoracic strain were very effective. Both are warm, positive and encouraging. They helped me understand each technique/exercise. The pain is gone, and I am regaining the ability to get back to my regular weight training program at the gym. I’m extremely grateful for both Christian and Chintan.

Christian was so helpful, understanding and professional throughout my treatments. He was accommodating to my schedule and helped me strengthen my upper back and release sooo much tension from my neck/shoulder areas! My daily life is so much better now due to the guidance and exercises he had me do :) I hope I don’t need to come back, but if I do, I know exactly where to go for a superior experience!

Very happy that I chose Polygon PT - Galleria as my post ACL/Meniscus recovery. Christian has been very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout our sessions. Attending PT twice a week, I can continue to see improvement in my knee mobility and stableness overall. We make sure to keep measurements recorded in the beginning of each session to be able to compare to previous sessions. I am also able to schedule ahead of time and they make it seamless/have calendar flexibility with both dates and times. If you want to seek improvement post surgery or if you are having pain and want to improve your overall health, I highly recommend booking at Polygon PT - Galleria!

Location is easy to find with lots of parking. Christian is very communicative and always willing to answer any questions either during the visit or via phone/app. Love how the app provides you after your visits step to step exercises to help out recovery. I’ve been doing the recovery sessions on my knee and shoulder since I play tennis/pickleball. Since I’ve been seeing him I’ve had minor to no pain on my knee and shoulder has been fine. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Christian has been great to work with. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to understand your goals and tailor your treatment accordingly. I appreciate that he explains the reasoning behind his recommendations and focuses on getting you back to doing the activities you enjoy. Highly recommend!
