My mom LOVES this location. The staff is amazing. The equipment is wonderful and the front desk receptionist Mary is so kind and greet us by name. I would recommend this location, especially Stacie, the PT but all of the PT’s are great!

I tried a therapy session here 2 months ago starting August 20 and would not recommend this location to anyone. I explained during my evaluation session that I had been experiencing upper back pain for a full year prior to trying physical therapy here, but I explained that I did not have any mobility issues. I was able to do a full range of motions but just experienced a constant dull ache from the moment I get out of bed till the moment I went back to sleep. Despite my explanation, they had me doing nothing but mobility exercises for four weeks that did not help me at all. There is also multiple patients with each of the therapists at the same time and for completely different issues and I definitely felt like I was just put in a corner and told what exercise to do next from the opposite side of the room because they were always more focused on their other patients. Moreover, there was little to no oversight on how I was doing the exercises. So little, in fact, that when I went back to the doctor that prescribed PT for me, I showed them the exercises I was told to do and they told me I was doing them incorrectly. So I was paying weekly to for the equivalent of basically looking these exercises up on YouTube myself as there was zero feedback if I was doing them how I should be. This improved on my last session there when I explicitly asked after every single time if I was doing it correctly, but I feel like that should be something that a professional would be doing at a minimum without me needing to ask each time. The other reason for my low review is because of the inaccuracies with their billing. Prior to becoming a patient here I specifically asked what the costs would be to attend here with my in-network insurance. I was told the first session would be a little more as it was longer and was the diagnostic session, but after that I would only owe my $75 copay for each session so I agreed to enroll as a patient. Well after 3 weeks of attending sessions here, I received an email saying that I owed more money for first two sessions than I had already paid. When I saw this I immediately called this location about the discrepancy and I told them that if I would be having to pay more money for sessions (I was being charged over $100 more for each session I had already paid for) that I could no longer afford to attend anymore sessions. At this I was promised that those charges were an error and that they would get it sorted out. They said all this to get me in the door for one more session. Then the day immediately after that session, I received a call from their corporate office telling me that the charges were accurate and that I was on the hook for the additional charges. This after being reassured that I could continue going to my sessions at the original price we had agreed on. Two months later I am still trying to fight these charges with the documents this location gave me when they promised I would not owe more money. All around just a very bad experience for me at this location. So much so that I nearly gave up hope on PT altogether. However, I recently went to a different physical therapist that was cheaper fully out of pocket than what this location is still trying to charge me with insurance, and in 3 weeks of sessions they were able to fix the problems I had. Over a full year of back pain and they fixed me up in 3 weeks, much faster and much more affordable than my experience here which only reinforced my belief that I was not treated properly with this PT. I recommend that everyone look around and take their business elsewhere if possible. Edit: They responded below saying they wanted to know about my experience. They have my phone number on file and never bother to reach out about my experience. They just left that response to look good for other potential customers.

To begin with Mrs Mary she was the one who answered the phone when I called to Select pyschical therapy. I was at another location whom failed me. But I called that location on Fannin. And I was told by Mrs Mary come on in that moment. I was excited to come and check out the facility. Im excited because I have wonderful team here. Everyone puts there concerns on the patients or clients at first hand. Since I been here for two months I have started to walk more then I was. I am grateful to these wonderful therapists because they put you to work and they are touch girls and I appreciate for what they have done to get me back on track to be able to walk consider my injuries I have. They ask the client how you feel when coming in the morning. This place has so many clients coming there. I feel this was the place for me to get my health back. And if I have to get therapy again this is the place I rather be in someones facility that cares about me and others. You do get a good work out if you put your mind and soul to get better. I have so much gratitude for these staff in this location. Thank You Select pyschical Therapy. Keep the hard work up and keep being the staff you are smiling and caring for those who come there for guidance.

All personnel were friendly from the front desk to the Physical Therapist evaluation. I felt seen and heard by all I encountered.
