I dealt with back pain from a herniated disc for 15 years. It wasn’t severe enough for surgery at first, so I went from physical therapists to chiropractors and eventually lost trust when my symptoms kept getting worse. I never felt like my well-being was truly the priority. After finally having spine surgery, I was referred to Select Physical Therapy and feel like I hit the lottery getting Barret as my therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and thorough, always checking my posture and making sure every movement was done correctly. Her advice felt thoughtful and genuinely tailored to me. I had a few sessions with Sean and Joanna and they were attentive, professional, and supportive. For the first time in more than a decade, I can do normal, everyday things without suffering. I truly wish I had gone to Select Physical Therapy sooner… it feels like I’ve gained years of my life back.
I had a great experience with their customer service and the pleasant environment. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted, and Mr. Long, the therapist, displayed exceptional professionalism. He was attentive, patient, and thorough, asking numerous questions to fully understand my situation before creating a care plan and helping me with the exercises tailored to my needs.
The physical therapist was very informative about the present condition of the post operative surgery. I valued her knowledge. She explained my questions. I had to cut my PT short at the end of last year because of my sick husband. When I received more PT orders from my Neurologist , I knew exactly where I would go, back to Sean at Select Physical Therapy. I trust in Sean and Select Physical Therapy
It has been a few months since my final appointment, and I'm still seeing the benefits from my time at Select Physical Therapy. Person at the front desk was always very warm/welcoming and PTs (had the pleasure of working with Barret and Joanna) truly care about your progress. Definitely recommend!
