There are so many great things that I want to say about Star Therapy FM 1960 location, so please bear with me. When you enter the building you are greeted with a warm welcome from either Rocio or Emily or sometimes they are both there sitting at the front desk with a smile and they know your name. Which is important to me. The facility is clean and well organized. Autumn and Diana assist the therapist and they are both kind caring thoughtful and patient they cheer me on and help me with my therapy and they as well know my name. Huy and Brian or Therapist as well at this location and they or awesome they both have giving encouragement to me. Tiffany asked if I did not mind Brian working on my Shoulder one time when we were done and he did great. I saved my Star, my get my life back right TIFFANY my Therapist for last but she will be first in my book for a lifetime. She is Elite a one in a million rock. She knows my name and greets me with a warm welcome like we or family. She is well educated and versed on the job that she does. She loves her job and it shows. I was a wreck when I walked through the doors. I was very scared and I did not want her to touch me. Because of the trauma that is surrounding my injury and surgery. But with the help, support and encouragement that I get from Tiffany and the team I'm being made whole again. My first month was very painful many tears. But Tiffany and her staff remain patient and helped me through those difficult days.Tiffanys expertise, strength and compassion has given me what I need during this traumatic time. Trust me when I say she got you. She is a Gem, Heaven sent. Please understand that Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is some hard work and they will work you in accordance to what you need. It's not easy but with this group of Therapist and assistants you will get the help and support that you need during this process. I have to also say that I've witnessed first hand how they interact with other clients and eveyone that I see while I'm there is receiving the same 5 Star service. Thank you to all of the Stars at Star Therapy you all are awesome.

The STAR therapy crew at the 1960 locations is amazing! The front desk welcomes you by name & with a smile :) the techs are friendly, attentive & always looking after you! The OTR, Tiffany, is highly knowledgeable & skilled in her area of practice. She put me to work, but always for the best! I first came in with a broken arm, unable to bend or lift my arm to reach my shoulder or head. I was even scare to let my arm hang by my side naturally but Tiffany made sure I was able to get back to my daily activities with no problems or worries. Even my Dr. was very impressed with the progress I made under her care.

I went in for physical therapy for chronic neck pain. Huy was my therapist and he showed me a lot of useful exercises to help target and ease that pain. The night before my last session I threw out my back picking up leaves from the back yard. I considered canceling my appointment because I was afraid there was not going to be anything I could do for my neck that would not further aggravate my back issue. I went in anyway. Huy was able to quickly adapt my session so that I could continue to strengthen my neck while I recover from my strained back. Everyone at the center was so friendly and professional. They all work together so well to keep every patient busy learning new exercises to speed up their recovery. I highly recommend their services.

Front desk customer service is great! The staffers are friendly, professional, and demonstrates ethical behavior. Huy, my therapist, is professional as well as knowlegable of his work. Moreover, he shows empathy while encouraging me toward achieving my ultimate physical recovery goals. I appreciate the care given during each therapy session.

PT Hue is compassionate, patient, and truly cares about his clients' progress. Thanks to him, I am balancing and walking without a cane in just two weeks! I highly recommend Star Physical Therapy. Excellent job!"
