I had a great experience with Edith and Patrick. They both went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and provided outstanding customer service. They performed a thorough running analysis and gave me ankle exercises to help improve my form and prevent future issues. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality physical therapy and running-specific care!

My care at Unify has been remarkable. Every session felt intentional and well-planned, building on the progress from the last. Patrick didn't just hand me a generic sheet of exercises and send me on my way. Instead, he assessed my movement, asked detailed questions about how I was feeling at each appointment, and adjusted the treatment plan as my body responded. That level of attentiveness made all the difference, and I could feel myself making real, measurable progress week over week. Here, there is genuine investment in the patient as a whole person. It never felt like I was just another appointment on the schedule. Patrick, Kim, and the entire team created an environment where I felt heard, educated about my own body, and empowered to take an active role in my recovery. That combination of expertise and collaborative approach is not something you find everywhere, and it's what has brought me so much closer to my goals! Thank you, Patrick!

Highly recommend Unify PT. I started by attending some of their Community Events taking a mobility flow and getting some mini-recovery sessions with Dr.Peter, and most recently enjoyed an F45 Workout with the Unify team. I really love that the folks who run this healing clinic practice what they preach and are clearly invested in the wellness of the Community. Whit is awesome for yoga and mobility flows and incorporates lots of tools and options for everyone. Dr.Peter fixed my neck in 10 minutes and reminded me of what I needed to work on to keep my scalenes happy. Looking forward to exploring more of their services. I look forward to getting their updates and know they do the most for their patients.10/10

I can’t say enough great things about Patrick and the team at Unify. Patrick is an amazingly skilled professional, he takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and always asks the right questions to really understand my experience and pinpoint the problem. Thanks to his care, I recovered from a running injury way more successfully than I ever imagined, and I feel so much stronger now. The entire Unify team is incredible. Whitney is always so welcoming and makes me feel at ease the moment I walk in. Peter gives outstanding recovery massages that make a huge difference. Every single one of them takes their time and truly makes me feel like they’re looking out for me. I’m so thankful to have found this team. They’ve been a key part of my recovery and ongoing strength. Highly recommend!

Unify is the best! Kim is amazing at what she does and was able to help me with dry needling in my Achilles tendon before running my first half marathon. Highly recommend!
