Super competitive at Pala. I’ve really enjoyed playing with the players there both member and non-member. A lot of built friendships with this game at this facility because of how friendly people are and how well the staff coordinate.

Everyone who has been leaving bad reviews lately are just butt-hurt that they can’t win a tournament! Not only are the facilities amazing, they have a very helpful team for all levels of the game! I have personally participated in many tournaments and win or lose, PALA always makes it a pleasant experience. Maybe the people leaving bad reviews should take a look at the lessons PALA offers because you definitely need them! Make your way out to PALA, you won’t regret it!!

Had a great experience here. It was me and three kids there to play two hours of casual play. They have beginner courts (Courts 1-2). Indoor and outdoor courts for pickleball, park, and tennis. Lots of courts. I knocked a star because the process to make an account and reserve a court is waaaaay too many steps and pretty frustrating especially on a mobile browser. Also the cost to rent a court is $25 and that is pretty steep! Overall, nice big facility, air conditioning, nice staff, easy parking — I would return!

The people who work at the actual facility are kind and welcoming. However, I can’t rate the business above a 2 due to dishonest management. Less than halfway through an annual membership, they changed their policy. Not only did the management not uphold the original agreement, but they tried to gaslight me and pretend the policy never changed, despite numerous ways I could prove otherwise on their own website, through emails they sent out and clear reservations I had previously made under the old policy. Below is the email I sent which was met with a very confrontational phone call by PALA management: ‘I am writing as a current member of PALA with a year-long membership that was purchased in mid-July, 2025. I chose the annual membership specifically because it included free court reservations as a core benefit, which allowed my regular playing group to commit to consistent weekly play without worrying about additional hourly fees. It was noted as such in the welcome email I received in the email trail below. ‘Free Court Reservations: Take control of your game schedule with the ability to reserve a court anytime, 7 days a week.’ I was therefore very disappointed to learn of the policy change on Jan 3, 2026 that now requires members to pay $30 per hour for court reservations—even for those of us with active annual memberships. This change came less than halfway through my membership term, significantly altering the value and economics of what I originally signed up for. My group plays every week for two and a half hours, so the new fee adds $75 per session (or roughly $300 per month). This represents a substantial unexpected increase in our cost of playing at your facility—effectively adding roughly $2000 in annual expense without even factoring in the original membership price. I understand that facilities sometimes need to adjust pricing or policies, but implementing such a large change mid-membership without grandfathering existing annual members (at least for the remainder of their paid term) feels unfair and erodes trust. Many of us made long-term commitments based on the terms presented at the time of purchase. I’d appreciate it if you could help me understand: • The reasoning behind applying this change to current annual members rather than only new sign-ups • Whether any consideration (credits, discounted booking rates, or a partial refund) is being offered to members in my situation • If there are any plans to revisit or phase in this policy differently I truly enjoy the facility, the community, and the quality of the courts—that’s why I chose a year membership in the first place. I’d like to continue playing here regularly, but the added cost makes it much more difficult to justify over other options. Thank you for your time and for reading this. I look forward to your response and hope we can find a fair resolution.”
