It was a great surprise to find this place in Lyrics Market. The courts are immaculate and the whole facility is very nice. There is a “business room” perfect for corporate events or parties. Owner is very kind and accommodating.

Pickleball Mania at the Lyric Center is a great addition to downtown Houston. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you work downtown, near the courts, the Theater District, or anywhere around the Lyric Center. It is easy to get to and makes it simple to squeeze in a good game without having to drive all over town. The amenities are first-class and have a real tournament-level feel. The courts, layout, and overall setup are excellent, and you can tell the place was built by people who actually understand pickleball and what serious players are looking for. The owner, Tracy, is also a big part of what makes the place special. She is an excellent 4.5 DUPR player and is not just there in name only. She frequently jumps in when a team finds itself a man short, which keeps the games moving and adds to the friendly, competitive atmosphere. Great location, great amenities, strong play, and an owner who can really play the game. Highly recommend Pickleball Mania.

Best pickleball court downtown. Surfaces are great, staff is super friendly and it's all indoors. Come in the afternoon and it's not crowded at all. If you work or live downtown this is your pickleball place.

Amazing air conditioned facility with kind members and amazing staff in the middle of downtown HTX. An added perk to this experience is that it’s connected to a bar and food hall that makes post game very exciting.
