I love this studio so much! There’s a variety of equipment used in the classes (not just reformers), and all the equipment is so clean. All the instructors I’ve had (Ren, Christie, and Rebecca) are so friendly and helpful. I feel so restored and strengthened after every class. As a nice plus, the studio’s interior design is gorgeous. Highly recommend anyone to try this studio out!

Beautiful space and lovely staff. The teaching is based on making sure you have good form and that the movements are really helping you. They teach you Pilates not just plop you on a reformer and do some leg circles. This is where you want to go if you really want to learn and get the true benefits of Pilates.

I live in Austin and spent a long weekend in Houston. I was so happy to discover ALIGN was open! My session was challenging yet deeply restorative, and parking in the lot was easy. After class with Ren, I honestly found myself thinking I could move back to Houston for this! It's nice to know I have a classical Pilates studio to go to when I visit Houston. I look forward to coming back.

My girlfriend tried pilates here and always talks about how great the trainers are and how nice the equipment is. They have smaller class sizes and great rates.
