The studio has a diverse collection of instructors. I also feel like I’ve worked out the following day. I want to in particular give a shout out to Shelby. Shelby takes time to make every student feel welcome, and that they can succeed. She provides feedback/pointers to individuals during class and requests feedback from her students after class. You can tell she really cares about her students and builds relationships with them. She’s very genuine and doesn’t play favorites

A few friends at told me to try Pilates & started going to Pilates by Victoria & left me very impressed. My core felt like I had a corset!!. One day decide to wonder off & try new places since I’m enjoying it so much!! & oh goodness I’m glad I did Sara was so rude absolutely NOT welcoming at all. Had a mug the whole time. As a class instructor she had NO character never saw her correct me or anyone almost like she’s just there to do a job & not really care about making any connections OR maybe I was just not wanted as a client which is absolutely fine & im willing to accept bc this class was so blah, compared to other places I’ve been to & the treatment I’m use to! As far as the workout itself: it was moderate challenging did have me slightly sore the next day on my obliques.

I took my first pilates class, ever, with Andrea. The songs selections were great, the instructor gave me pointers, and made me feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this studio. I have to be honest, I was a little nervous, since I did not know what to expect, but l am happy | did it. I really enjoyed it and had a fun experience.

Skyler is the best! Her classes are tough and she makes me feel encouraged to keep trying! Would also be nice if they had like a description of each instructors style / intensity / background on the websites or Instagram just to get a feel of the type of class.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect Pilates studio, and after a bit of a rough start with my first experience, I was feeling a little discouraged. Body Rock Pilates was only the second studio I tried, and I’m so glad I did! Kena was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire session. Her feedback and instructions were clear and helpful, which made all the difference for me. She really gave me the confidence to come back and try another class. Thanks to Kena, I’m excited to continue my Pilates journey!
