they do not empathize with the fact that construction and their terrible parking makes it hard to get there accordingly. instead, the instructor was snarky about “getting there on time” when i arrived 1 minute later. it’s rude. there’s plenty of other pilates studio within the area that know it’s hard to travel but thanks for wasting my time and gas! and train your instructors on being nicer, you never know what kind of day someone’s having especially when they come for workouts to destress.

Studio is amazing, great instructors and a great vibe however they don’t require Pilates socks on the reformer and after seeing the lady next to me put her feet’s with fungus in the straps made me want to run out of there. Probably won’t be back till they change their policy.

Unfortunately with traffic I made to class at 1 PM (the start time of class) but since it was my first time at Boost, I was kicked out of class because I did not arrive by 12:59. By the time I left Boost it was 1:02pm. I texted them that because the construction on the highway- the exit I was supposed to take was closed and had to make a U-turn but still very close by. I had done Pilates multiple times and they act like their reformer was so advance and complicated that I would cause harm to others if they didn’t give me a run down of how it work but it looked like all the other reformers I’ve been on. I understand policy but they obviously don’t understand Houston traffic or construction. Even if you think you give yourself enough time sometimes the arrival time keeps going up and up. Thank you for wasting my time and gas.

Fantastic Pilates studio, the instructors really emphasize traditional Pilates type moves and technique. I also enjoy the Stretch classes, they’re a great way to relax. All the instructors are great!
