Studio is clean and the instructors are very welcoming. I’ve taken both the reformer class and the chair Pilates class and both are great. The instructors are really good about giving modifications for people just starting out and for people who might need more of a challenge.
This was an amazing experience. Chair Pilates may be my new obsession. I took a class with Melissa and she was amazing. I loved the personal help and she checked in everyone to make sure we were able to follow along and still make it inducted to our needs and abilities. I highly recommend trying this out.
Amazing classes! I’ve tried the chair Pilates and the Hot Sculpt. Both are amazing and have great instructors!! I highly recommend trying them out. They won’t disappoint.
