I’ve had an amazing experience with Dualform x Allyhealth. From the second you walk in, the entire place feels extremely clean, professional, and high end. The staff is very welcoming, informative, and genuinely cares about helping you improve your health and lifestyle. I recently went in for an IV drip and also got a NAD IV treatment, and the difference I felt afterward was unreal. I felt recharged, way more focused, energized, and dialed in throughout my entire week. It honestly helped me feel more alive and productive overall. I also get all of my peptides through Allyhealth for weight loss, overall health, mental clarity, and skin health, and the experience has always been top tier. Dr. Eddy is extremely informative when it comes to IV therapies and peptides and really takes the time to explain everything in detail so you fully understand what you’re getting and how it benefits you. That level of knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this type of work for me. One thing that really separates them from other clinics in Houston is that they allow you to use your insurance for treatments, which is a huge advantage and something you honestly don’t see often in this space. I’d highly recommend Dualform x Allyhealth to anyone looking to improve their health, energy, recovery, or overall lifestyle. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of care they provide. I’ll also be trying their Pilates classes once they officially open next week.

Such an amazing studio! It super cute and clean! I love the aesthetic of the studio. I have never been a huge Pilates girl but I keep coming back. The classes are fun and great. The instructors are amazing and put you to work! I highly recommend. 💕

omg absolutely loved it!! it was my first EVER Pilates classes and I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would!! will definitely be coming back!! the staff is also so sweet and supportive!! nothing but respect and encouragement which we love!! 💕💕🧘🏽‍♀️

I had such a great experience at this Pilates studio. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Cecilia was an amazing instructor; super patient, encouraging, and attentive throughout the class. She made sure everyone felt comfortable while still giving us a great workout. I left feeling refreshed, challenged, and excited to come back. Highly recommend taking a class with Cecilia!

Our first visit and we had the best experience! ✨ We absolutely loved the workout and the amazing feeling afterward. The class was challenging, energizing, and so rewarding. Cecilia was an incredible instructor motivating, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable. The studio is beautiful, clean, and super aesthetic.
