First time at Happy hour & highly disappointed. This class is labeled as hot sculpt and is NOT anywhere near challenging. This was more of a pilates slow movement yoga paced class. Stop labeling classes that are not what they really are. The mats were so close together I could smell who was next to me. We were on our mats the entire time more focused on slow core movements and a little glutes I felt no burn from any movement. No squats, no weight training nothing. The class also started late instructor just said Oh sorry, we were given equipment that we didnt even use and told we would be on our feet as well but didnt. No cardio no strength training whatsoever I left feeling like I didnt do anything and was bored the entire time ready for it to end. Probably the worst class Ive been to only plus was the heat so it makes you feel like youre working out so I gave another star but anyone could have thought of that routine. Felt rushed and Instructor didnt check anyones form just stayed in the same spot entire time. The class should be called Hot yoga/pilates they do not offer Hot sculpt I burned a total of 140 cals and usually burn 400+ in my sculpt classes Ive been to. I never write reviews, but this was very necessary in case anyone wants to go to their “sculpt” class

I wanted to take my time to wait to post my review because I’ve been to a ton of Pilates Studios and I could definitely say this is worth every penny. the staff are so friendly. accommodating & Caring about all of their members and guest. for me. Personally Jackie has been phenomenal with every encounter I have with her. This is truly a highly recommended place. I advise everyone who is interested in the world of Pilates To start here.

5⭐ The place is beautiful and feels very relaxing. The instructor was very clear and nice with everything. Parking is a bit tricky and can be hard to find a spot.

I am OBSESSED with Happy Hour. I started going last year in Dec with my friends and it’s probably one of the workouts I’ve loved to do the most. Whether it’s hot Pilates/sculpt/lift IM THERE. The instructors are so sweet and I feel welcome and energized everytime I go. Just tried the 5:15a today and it was killer. Emma is one of my favorite instructors.

I’ve gone to Happy Hour Pilates a few times now, and each class has been such a great experience! My first class was on Father’s Day, and the energy that day was amazing — so uplifting and positive. I’m curvy/plus-size (185 lbs), and from the very first class, I felt totally included and supported. The instructor was super kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. It wasn’t my first time doing Pilates, but it’s definitely been one of the best studio environments I’ve been in. I’m currently waiting on my membership at another studio, but I honestly can’t wait to come back here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an inclusive and empowering space! 💛
