Great studio! Crystianna the instructor was amazing! Her flow and balance were Impeccable. Also shot out to the front desk ladies. They truly went above and beyond to make a new comer feel welcome. Will definitely be back!

Love it here and love that they offer specials. My only complaint would be for all of the instructors to be a little more against recording in class. I don’t want to be in the back of someone’s TikTok while I’m dying in class LOL Oh and while I was reading the other reviews, yes the check in process. I was almost shown as a “missed check in” because the lady that was supposedly going to check me in didn’t. I noticed that I was NOT checked in when I went out to get some fresh air between my class. Maybe add another girl to do the check ins also.

Very clean, nice vibe and aesthetic. Makenna is an amazing instructor and she definitely pushed me to my limits!!! The other staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely go back for a class!

Absolutely love teaching in this space alongside the best people. The studio is clean, thoughtfully designed, and instantly puts you in the right mindset to move. Classes are challenging in the best way and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed. Such a great addition to Montrose 🤍
