10/10 experience with my first pilates class ever. My instructor, Rebecca, was sooo sweet and helpful! The music selections were good as well. I definitely recommend!

Theres 3 different studios all by each other so it can be confusing to know which one to go to. Because of that reason i was 5 minutes late and my friend who was in the class informed the teacher i was running late and she said she would leave the door unlocked, i try to go in class after finding the right studio and the door was locked. There’s usually a grace period for pilate classes and i think its extra that they lock the doors at 5 mins. A waste of $36

Had my first Pilates class ever with Diana this Sunday and she did not disappoint!! The workout was challenging yet she provided the necessary modifications for those who couldn’t keep up or had injuries. She made sure each and every one of us were doing the correct moves and the proper technique. Definitely will be back again!

Debs class actually sucks , please try any other class . I literally walked out because I signed up for Pilates not a hit . She doesn’t understand her class at all. Book a class like Rebeca’s she actually is so patient kind and understands her class . Never booking with Deb again

I really love this place so much, I’ve been going here since it opened. The instructors are all so great and they were all very helpful throughout my entire pregnancy (I started here before I was pregnant). I was able to have a quick delivery and was able to recover very quickly.
