Beautiful bespoke Pilates studio tucked behind Red Dessert Dive. This studio has classical reformers which are not often found in studios and makes for a true Pilates experience. Instructors are very knowledgeable and made me feel the burn! Great Founding Memeber pricing right now too!!

This studio is my first experience with pilates and it has been amazing as a beginner. The small class sizes are perfect for working on correct technique and body awareness. I’m happy with the balance of strength building with technique and do not feel like I’m overexerting or risking injury.

Absolutely loved my Pilates class here 🤍 The studio is beautiful, spotless, and has such a calm, intentional vibe from the moment you walk in. Lisa was an incredible coach — clear cues, thoughtful corrections, and the perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. I left feeling stronger, longer, and totally reset. I was visiting from Washington DC and desperately needed a good pick me up. I took a class with Lisa snd Johannah and it surpassed all expectations! They were knowledgeable and so helpful throughout my entire experience. The studio has parking and is nestled between a coffee shop and a wellness/tea store. Just perfect! Studio was organized and super clean. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

They’re literally the sweetest! The instructors are so attentive and encouraging in a way that feels so personal. I feel like they meet me exactly where I am while still pushing me to get better every time, and I can tell I’m improving more and more with each class.
