I had such a wonderful experience at Praise and Pilates! The devotional time was one of my favorite parts, and I loved how intimate and intentional the entire experience felt. The small community was so warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a safe space to connect, reflect, and be present. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Was invited for a group party for my friend’s birthday and I had such a great experience. It was actually my first time doing Pilates and I I was a bit nervous thinking about how intense it could be Because I’m not the most in shaped person, but it was so definitely a good time and the instructor was very kind and walked us through every step , I would say it definitely beginner friendly . On top of that we had prayer session which was so different and a nice bonding experience with my Christian’s sisterssss The founder was also really nice and so patient , and helped take amazing pictures and videos of us ! I love my experience here! I've been twice. The second time, our teacher was audrey. She was a delight! She pushed us and encouraged us and I feel like I worked to my full potential.Teiwoh led a wonderful discussion of healing and understanding. We were encouraged to share and it was a good experience to have with other women who were seeking the same thing. We prayed, some cried, it was a healing space. I'm happy to go back.

I am so thankful that I found this class on TikTok. I first went as a pre-birthday treat to myself and after my first class I decided to purchase a 5 pass! This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or those who want to as Sariyah says “spice” it up with modifications! I can’t wait for my next session!
