Really cute studio in a nice area, the owner/instructor is fantastic. She remembers her students’ names, which makes you feel like you belong in the space almost instantly. The instruction was sometimes hard to follow just because of the quick pace, but the instructor was patient with everyone and gave plenty of substitutions depending on everyone’s skill level. There were cold towels waiting for everyone at the end of class, which I really enjoyed. Will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite places ever to practice yoga! It is such a welcoming and relaxing environment, and I love all types of classes they offer, such as aerial yoga, mat pilates, and yoga flow. Studio BE has been transformational in my fitness journey, allowing me to be more consistent in working out while enjoying the process❤️I highly recommend this studio!

One of my favorite studios in Houston. It’s so clean and women owned and run. They have cute merchandise and amazing instructors. I’ve never taken a bad class. I’m working up to saving up for a membership but i think it’s so worth it. They have deals all the time!

I had a really disappointing experience at Studio B Montrose. My friend and I drove about 45 minutes to attend a class, and we ended up arriving only 2 minutes late. Part of the delay was because the studio is located on the second floor and there were no clear instructions or signage, so we spent extra time just trying to find it. When we finally got there, we explained the situation, but the staff still refused to let us into the class. There was no effort to be understanding or flexible, even though we had made the effort to get there and were barely late. I completely understand studios having policies about being on time, but the lack of clear directions and the unwillingness to work with us made the whole experience frustrating and honestly not very welcoming. After driving that far and being so close to on time, it was really disappointing to be turned away without any kind of accommodation or solution. I hope they improve their communication about the location and consider being a bit more understanding with clients in situations like this.

This studio is really really special. Please hear me when I say I've tried many places, in various cities, and nothing quite compares. What makes it special, you ask? The teachers, the ambiance, the spirit. The owners are quite passionate about fitness/wellness, and they bring on incredibly talented teachers. But what sets it apart: their heart. I've never felt so cared-for and cheered-on anywhere else. Sometimes other fitness classes can feel judgey, intimidating, and cold. It is the complete opposite at The Studio BE. I genuinely feel like these teachers care about me and want me to succeed. They're just good people. Every single one of them. No exceptions. It's inspiring! You're probably reading this and being like, blah blah blah, are the classes good though? Is the place nice? Yes and yes. Great workouts, all levels. The studio is gorgeous. They validate parking. And you will receive a delightful cool lavender towel at the end. This is top tier, best of the best. I'm also obsessed with their candles and apparel. When you go, I hope you have the best time! See you there!
