THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM IN HOUSTON. First off, the vibes when you walk in are a 10 out of 10. The smell, aesthetic, colors, and overall mood are just gorgeous. I was immediately obsessed. You can tell so much intention went into the space. Janais, the owner, even shared how important the parasympathetic nervous system is to her, and you feel that the moment you walk in. I had the best experience in Stephanie’s class. It ended up being a one on one during their soft launch, which I actually loved. As a first timer on the XFormer, she was so patient and walked me through everything step by step, even repeating things when my ADHD brain needed it. I also loved the sense of community. The instructors and front desk team are all so welcoming. Janais is amazing to talk to and super helpful with any questions. Love love this place and will definitely be back 🤍

Absolutely loved my experience at Third Space Studios 🤍 The aesthetic is so beautiful and calming, and all the little details really elevate the space. They even have showers (which is a huge plus), and parking was super easy. I took a Megaformer class with Janais and it was so good — the perfect mix of challenging and controlled. You really feel every movement in the best way. Already looking forward to coming back for a heated mat class ✨ Highly recommend!

Love this place so much. The instructors and employees are so sweet and they really get to know you and your workout style. Enjoyable for even those who’ve never tried pilates before.
