Pizza was delicious, fresh and ready so fast! Crust was perfect too. Don't pass up that tiramisu... It was superb. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was nice (fitting for a great family dinner, outdoor date, or catching sports at the bar area.
This was my first time here and wow. AMAZING!! The service, the wings, the pizza!!! I was taken back by how authentic it all was!! The wings were so airy and light — they weren’t downed in grease or over battered!! The pizza was so fresh and tasty!! I loved it so much I would want it catered at my weddding!! I LOVE BOLLO!! ❤️❤️ I also ordered one of their specialty summer drinks, and it didn’t disappoint!! I will be recommending this to all my friends!! Thank you Bollo I will be back!! And a huge shoutout to my water Alex and the host JoJo for the friendliness and food recommendations!!!
I was in the mood for wood-fired style pizza and decided to give Bollo a try. The pizza was very good. Great ratios of sauce/cheese/crust. The crust was also nice and crispy (just what I was in the mood for)! For dessert, I got the trio and tried the Limoncello Cake, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Cake. Very impressed with the freshness! The Limoncello was a nice subtle option with a light lemon flavor. The chocolate cake was super moist! The tiramisu was decent, just wished it had more coffee flavor. For both the tiramisu and chocolate cake, there was an obvious Hersey Chocolate drizzle on them that took away from the great flavors and cheapens them. I’d suggest asking for them to hold that sauce or put it on the side. Overall Score: 8.8/10
Delicious Wood-Fired pizza. I've been coming here for years and they're one of my favorite places in Houston for authentic pizza. They even have vegan options with vegan cheese and gluten-free crust. Definitely try the hummus!! Amazing service and lovely ownership!
I had a great experience here! I tried three different pizzas and all of them were delicious. You can really taste the difference with the wood-fired oven—it gives the pizza a great flavor and perfect texture. The atmosphere is also very nice and comfortable, especially for a casual night out. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality pizza!
