This was such a delicious meal! If you are craving italian food, this little hidden gem is the place! Everyone in our group absolutely loved their food! You can truly tell how fresh the ingredients are! The wait for the food was a little long but only because it is all homemade. The owner was taking all the orders and had one other man serving the food, but it stayed a constant revolving door of people eating in and ordering take out. The only downside was that restrooms were not clean. We will be back!
Was on my way to a different restaurant when Mony’s storefront caught my eye. I’m so glad I stopped in. The decor was very warm and cozy. Perfect for a big family dinner or a date night. Everyone was friendly. My food was AMAZING. After one bite of the biggest slice of pizza I’ve ever seen, I FaceTimed my husband to tell him I found a new spot for us! I noticed that the man bussing the table next to me looked familiar. I checked menu. It was Chef Mony! The lovely lady that took my order was Mrs. Mony. Two days after my visit, I found them on Uber Eats and ordered something new. Also delicious. My only complaint is I wish the slice of lemoncello cake was bigger because it’s soooooooooo good. I highly recommend this family owned gem of a restaurant.
Got the full order of Mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, and 30 inch meat pizza. Food is always hot and delicious. The service is top notch here.
We ended up here by a strange, but pleasant accident. It was so good. It's a small family run from scratch restaurant. We had pizza rolls for an appetizer...that should have been the meal. They are huge and yummy. We got pepperoni and Italian sausage. Fortunately, we had 2 leftover to take home for tomorrow. We also got the buffalo chicken pizza with bleu cheese and it was absolutely yummy! My hubs has a sweet tooth and we indulged in the chocolate cake....AMAZEBALLS. I got an Italian cappucino and it was the perfect end to the meal. All that for just a bit more than $50!!!!! Run, don't walk, to this restaurant.
The owner came to my table, sat, and talked to me. 15 minutes later, I see his face on the menu. We talked recipes and processes but only after a real conversation. And for that reason alone, I will recomend and continue to go back to this place. BUT... The food was great. The homemade sauce was great, the crust and doe of the pizza took me back to school up north. I've been back several times and have enjoyed everything that I've tried this far. The HUGE portions of everything from salads to the made to order pizza slice that is honestly the size of a tray to the bowl of spaghetti with a meat sauce that I wish were literally in a pot trying to eat my way out of right now. 😢 Try it Love it Hope to see you there next time im on that side of town...
