Came in later than expected, around 9pm, and Matt still gave us amazing service. He was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely welcome. Genuine hospitality, no exaggeration. The thin crust Supreme pizza was delicious, crispy edges and packed with flavor. 100% recommend. I’ll be back soon to try The Cadillac!
We went to Via 313 thinking we’d get “pretty good for gluten-free” pizza… and instead got hit with some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. Full stop. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, so we’ve had our fair share of “it’s fine” pizza. This was NOT that. This was “wait… are you sure this is gluten-free?” level good. Crispy, flavorful, and somehow better than most regular pizza. The drinks? Dangerous. The kind where you say “just one more” at least twice. And shoutout to Matt—absolute legend. He made sure everything was safe, answered every question, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed instead of stressful. If you’re gluten-free, go here. If you’re not gluten-free, go here anyway. Either way, just go.
Our waiter made our first visit amazing. The wait for the food was easy thanks to crayons and dough for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Detroit-style pizza was incredible—crispy, flavorful, and a totally new experience for us. Great drinks, very family-friendly, and a surprise of cinnamon sticks for dessert that we loved. We can’t wait to come back!
The food was delicious! The cheese sticks and Detroit style pizza are phenomenal and to top it all off Matt provides exceptional service. He is very attentive with an extremely positive attitude and gives great recommendations on which drinks/food to try.
Via 313 lives up to the hype. Their gluten-free Detroit-style pizza is #1, and it was absolutely delicious. Our Melanie H and the chef were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend, who has celiac disease, felt safe and taken care of. The service and attention to dietary needs were outstanding. Highly recommend, especially for anyone looking for great gluten-free pizza. 🍕
