I highly recommend First Aid Plumbing! Alex Veitio was very professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented (he was able to point out extra things I should keep an eye out on), responsive, transparent, honest, efficient, and caring throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained the plumbing issues and took the time to answer all of my questions. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated this! I was extremely anxious about the plumbing issue and had been unable to use my water for several days because my sinks were backing up (along with other issues with the piping, leakage, drain clogs, coils needing repairs). Alex was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond by getting the issue resolved in one evening to help me. That alone was such a huge relief, and having someone so professional, communicative, and reassuring throughout the process really eased a lot of my anxiety. Alex was also very accommodating with my work schedule and was able to get the service started the next day after inspecting the plumbing issue in my home. He always let me know ahead of time when he was on his way, and he even offered to start the service the same day as the inspection. He kept the work areas clean and was very respectful of my home throughout the entire service. Thank you, Alex, for the excellent service! I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend First Aid Plumbing and Alex to anyone I know. I will definitely be reaching out again for any future plumbing needs!

Alex and his crew were amazing. My condo was built in 1978 and the galvanized piping was leaking. I contacted several companies, but Alex was the only one who provided a comprehensive assessment of all the repairs/re-piping that needed to be done. He started work immediately and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, organized, and efficient. He even responded during the weekend when my neighbor encountered an unexpected issue between our water lines. He also referred me to a wonderful gentleman for sheetrock and painting once the re-piping was done. I am so appreciative that I was referred to Alex (by another established and highly rated plumbing company who was unable to perform the work). HIGHLY recommend! I'll definitely contact Alex again for plumbing issues in the future.

First Aid Plumbing Specialist is excellent! They came out to my property on the same day, and first they performed a diagnosis and determined that the leak was on the city's side. Then, the specialist helped me submit a work order to the city. They went extra mile to help me! I really appreciate it! And today the city worker finally came out and admitted that the leak was indeed on their side. I started calling the city about the leak 7/16 and put in a request. We called numerous times. On the phone they first said their people came out and there were no leak. Then they said the leak was on our side. Only after First Aid Plumbing Specialist came out and helped us that we finally were able to see some real progress!

Alex and Darrell were amazing. Alex was super responsive and dispatched Darrell on a same day service. I even asked for an additional disposal install on top of my original service and Darrell was able to accommodate without issue. Darrell was knowledgeable and helped me to better understand my home and possible future plumbing needs! 5/5 would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable. I had a major leak situation. I called him at 7am he showed up before 9am. It ended up being a half day job and he handled it all right there on the spot. He kept me very informed the whole time, was very professional and efficient. Could not recommend more!
