We had a shower cartridge go bad and Houston Plumbing Experts came to the rescue. Eric Denton was the plumber who serviced our shower and was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He got us taken care of quickly and even made sure our shower head was cleaned up and working optimally. The receipt wasn’t itemized when it was emailed which was my fault for not asking before hand, no harm, no foul though. 4 out of 5 stars because they were a little pricey. When I did the math based on the materials bought and what the hourly labor rate would’ve come out to, it seemed to be on the high end. All in all, they were very responsive though and got the job done, which is what matters most.

I would highly recommend using Houston Plumbing expert. They did a tremendous job on my plumbing and shower. They are a very honest company with great prices and work!

I had an amazing experience with Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert today! After the freeze, I discovered a burst pipe in my home, and I was in a panic. Eric was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly to assess the situation. Not only did he replace everything that was damaged, but he also took the time to properly insulate all the pipes to prevent any future issues. His expertise was evident in the way he handled the job efficiently and professionally. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of work. Eric truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. I highly recommend Houston Plumbing Expert and Eric for any plumbing needs. Sergio came out, understood what I needed. He dived right in and immediately notified me of another issue (due to age and wear/tear). He worked fast and was polite and friendly. The work is clean and looks great. Would use again.
