I had Roto-Rooter perform mitigation services at my property following a water leak, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.After their work, additional issues were discovered, including damage to building materials and environmental conditions that later required evaluation by an independent industrial hygienist. The home is currently deemed uninhabitable, and I have been displaced while paying for housing out of pocket.Despite multiple requests for follow-up, walkthroughs, and documentation, I did not receive meaningful engagement to address the concerns raised. Instead, the matter escalated to a billing dispute, and a lien was placed on the property while the underlying issues remain unresolved.At this point, the situation is still ongoing, but I would strongly encourage others to ensure full documentation, clear scope, and post-mitigation verification when working with any company

Roto-Rooter was called to my property during my purchase process to clear a blockage in the drain lines. They identified the AC condensate line connecting to the sink as part of the issue. During the clean-out, they damaged the fixture where the condensate line joins the P-trap. Although such damage might normally be overlooked, they insisted I pay $500 for repairs due to their responsibility. I was willing to pay, but 48 hours later, they still haven't repaired the connection. They claim they are having difficulty sourcing the part. As a result, I am now without a working air conditioning unit and sink. It’s unacceptable that they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused and cover the repair costs. I paid $1,750 for a drain clean-out, which I find excessive for just three hours of work. Their pricing is unreasonable. Despite numerous calls to dispatch, there has been no indication that the issue will be resolved anytime soon. I will not use Roto-Rooter again due to their inflated prices and subpar work. I will update this review once they address the damages they caused.

Roto Rooter has been extremely easy to work with. We had a leak that damaged multiple rooms. They walked us through the process and even assisted us in reaching out to insurance for repairs to anything that needed to be demolished. They have worked quickly and wasted no time to get the issue resolved and prevent further damage. Cory and Dejan have been very kind and patient with us and done a fantastic job opening up the area that needed to be cut open and cleaning up the water. They made sure to keep everything neat and cleaned up very well after the demolition stage. Josh had initially come out to check out the issue and quickly notified the company to take the next step to address the concern. Adam came to fix the leak and was able to address the concern quickly and professionally. He provided better quality materials than what the builder of the home used to prevent any future leaks. The field manager Juan has been going out of his way to assist us with any insurance concern. The safety inspector, Dillon was also very kind and pleasant. They have all made an extremely stressful situation much more bearable!

First let me say the service we received was nothing short of "Great"! Juan, Adam and 2 other gentlemen were awesome. They explained everything so that we would understand what was/ what needed to be done. Very, very knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely nice. Things you just don't see in people anymore. They actually made me a Roto-Rooter customer for life. And YES I will recommend you to family, friends, church members, and strangers lol. Thanks for the awesome experience guys. You're all Great!😊😉

I had a kitchen faucet issue and reached out to Roto-Rooter for assistance. The technician, Chase, was amazing. He was polite, explained everything clearly and when it came down to me having to purchase a new faucet he helped me find the one that was both affordable and practical for my needs. Overall, Chase represented Roto-Rooter exceptionally well. Thank you!!
