Since I’ve been using CK pools, I’ve never had my water change colors. Manny is always on time very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very polite. On occasions when my pets have gotten out, he is very pet friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Manny and CK pools to service your pool an event that you’re looking for someone good and trustworthy.

Nolberto is hands down the best pool tech I’ve ever worked with. He’s reliable, thorough, and takes real pride in his work. Every time he comes by, the pool looks spotless and perfectly balanced. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, and never cuts corners. It’s rare to find someone this consistent and trustworthy. If you want your pool taken care of the right way, Nolberto is the guy. Highly recommend.

The pool service I’ve received is below standards. Multiple times Jose has for some reason drained my spa. When he backwashes the filter, he does not clean out the glass viewer. The baskets at the pool equipment are also not cleaned out completely. Refilling my spa after it’s rained is a waste of my money. I have attached pictures.

Hector got some tough spots clean on the pool and let us know we need to add water. He’s great! Chris checked our pump and cleaned it. Super courteous and efficient

We recently made the decision to cancel our pool service with CK Pools, and I wanted to share an honest, balanced review based on our experience. Initially, we appreciated the team's responsiveness and willingness to work with us. CK is generally professional and supportive, and we’re grateful for the help they provided our family, both recently and during our previous time in Houston. Unfortunately, over the past several weeks, the quality of pool care declined significantly. The condition of our pool water worsened to the point that we decided to have it independently tested, and the results showed several concerning chemical imbalances. This aligned with what we were seeing visually, despite CK's service reports consistently indicating stable water values. We were also concerned about the level of attention during service visits. Their weekly technician often spent less than 10 minutes on-site, which raised questions about how thorough the maintenance was on our full-service plan. In our view, this likely contributed to the issues we experienced. Another factor in our decision was that the service did not live up to the advertised “No Algae” guarantee. Despite ongoing maintenance, we experienced visible algae issues (our pool went from crystal clear to emerald green) coinciding with their service period, which further reflected the gap between expectations set and actual results delivered. Additionally, we made multiple attempts to raise these concerns and seek clarification on the discrepancies we were observing. Unfortunately, these efforts did not lead to meaningful changes or resolution, which added to our frustration and ultimately influenced our decision to cancel service. While we appreciate the effort and professionalism shown earlier on, the inconsistency in service and severely declining results ultimately led us to move in a different direction. We wish CK Pools the best but do feel like we deserved better care, service and attention to detail.
